ARTE’s challenge is to turn the area a reference point of the EU framework for innovative treatments and regenerative medicine. The change proposed is the development of innovative treatments, including a pilot project on cell therapy for Osteoarthrosis. The project is highly innovative, as it is introduced new treatments in personalised and regenerative (using stem cells) medicine, with a huge market potential and an improvement of the patients’ quality of life.
