The project focuses on creating a joint transnational knowledge network and developing the so-called social functions of universities of the region. A transfer office in Osijek will be established and linked with the Kaposvar office being established. These activities, as well as the analysis of documents in relation with the socio-economic aspects of R&D and innovation and the defining of strategy recommendations by focussing on specific problems of the region will be significant steps towards the establishment of a cross-border innovation network
