Project utilises good practises gained in co-operation between the vocational training sector and working life, and builds up learning-by-doing activities across the Gulf of Finland. The aim is to sharpen the role of vocational training in developing regional competitiveness. The project is divided into activities: 1) Learning-by-doing network and training scheme for the instructors at working places; 2) plan for evaluation of work performance in selected pilot areas; 3) developing of curricula based on working-life needs.
