The project defines a Transboundary Territorial Emergency Plan and creates a Single Operative Command Network for the joint management of human and material resources in risk situations that improve on-site emergency management and coordination. It identifies the risks of the area, especially those derived from climate change (forest fires, floods) and reinforces the operational capacity by incorporating NICT and new means. The project also includes aspects such as the training of personnel and the awareness of the general population.
