REhab-Ind promotes cooperation in sustainable rehabilitation and revitalization of industrial areas through the creation of a model based on the application of the efficiency and environmental sustainabilit criterias, on the improvement of the urban area and the regeneration of the business environment that contributes directly to sustainable development and the reduction of atmospheric and acoustic pollution in industrial areas. It transfers experiences acquired in the promotion of residential rehabilitation adapting them to the specific problems of the industrial areas of the Spanish-Portuguese border strip.
