The project includes training towards entrepreneurship as an important competence. The aim is to improve the situation of secondary school leavers in the ERN labour market. Czech and Polish pupils will establish a mini-enterprise, where they will connect the professional knowledge gained in school with competences important for the labour market on both sides of the border. They will learn the process management of production and services and the functioning of a company in all its aspects, which will facilitate a better entry into the real business environment.
