Brief description of the consultancy firmThe project promotes competitiveness in the agri-food and tourism sectors, in which the Duero-Douro EGTC presents clear competitive advantages. The objective is the creation of a new business management model based on innovation and orientation towards the foreign market, creating a brand image of the territory, introducing innovations in business management, in products and production processes and developing collaborative strategies between SMEs of the territory to increase exports.
