The objective of B@N is to facilitate the access of the Small and Medium enterprises (SME's) and of the regional Institutions to the global market - reducing the disadvantage of the geographic position of those regions face to the great centers of consumption, information and knowledge; it is also intended, to value and to increase the abilities of the SME's and the regional Institutions in the use of the New Information and Communication Technologies, in the capacity to innovate, to undertake and the availability to cooperate. The project still foresees to spread and to reward the success stories in the cooperation, in the use of new technologies and in the capacity to innovate.
