The project seeks to achieve the sustainable development of the municipalities along the entire Spanish-Portuguese border, through the creation of Sustainable and Intelligent Interurban Development Action Plans and the creation of infrastructures and inter-municipal and cross-border investments, promoting the efficiency in the use of resources and services, developing energy self-sufficiency and low carbon economy.
