On the one hand the representation of inerest organisations get constantly a feedback from the entrepreneurs, that they urge to establish a trademark with positive values in order to counteract the well-know black lists. With the help of this kind of trademark the negative entreprenerial behaviours and attitudes could be changed. On the other hand the consumers also indicated toward the authorities and civil organisations, the need of establishing a trademar, which helps them to select the place of shopping, and makes them sure, that behind this trademark such a merchant, entrepreneur, service provider exists, who represents positive values on both sides of the entrepreneurs and the consumers. Along the border of Hungary and Slovakia the trade and the service industry became lively, so the same trademark, as a kind of guarantee of the quality on both sides of the border wolud help this process even more.
