The aim of the project is to develop a medium-term strategy for the towns of Český Těšín and Cieszyn leading towards the creation of a functional common space, cultural activities and getting to know each other on the basis of a cross-border platform for cooperation of local authorities and Euroregions. It intends to identify ways of integrating local communities and creating an offer of cultural events. The specific objective is the preparation of a graphical visualization for the jointly organized projects.
