In order to solve these problems the Project will implement the following joint measures:Gather and list data for the cultural heritage of the region;integrate it in theElaboration of a mid-term Strategy;Reconstruction of the cultural and community centers in Chuprene, Gorni Lom and Pirot;supply of specialized equipment;Carry out cultural events on the territory of the both partners;Prepare and disseminate informational materials.These measures will put additional long-lasting value to already implemented projects,they will also put the beginning for the joint development of this important enormous potential of the cross-border region and will create possibilities for improvement people's quality of life.This partnership is necessary because there already are relations between Chuprene and Pirot.It is so obvious when you listen to the language or watch the traditional dances.These relations need to be exceeded and strengthened.
