This project aims to increase the efficiency in the use of water resources. Therefore, it proposes innovative models of management and operation of effluent treatment stations (ETE) based on the optimization of resources and the control of processes through the use of ICT. Its objective is not only to promote its economic and environmental viability, but also to demonstrate the potential for improvement, as a driving force in the cross-border region.
