The just recently approved EU Work Plan for Culture (2015-2018) will develop on the previous one by adding some strategic dimension in order to “ensure  the excellence, innovation and competitiveness of the cultural and creative sectors and recognizing the sectors' contribution to the goals of the Europe 2020 strategy for growth and jobs. The CE area is plenty of cultural heritage(CH) assets from centuries of history, arts, religion, human activities. The project  challenge is to identify, select and valorize the most promising Intangible CH in view to strengthen the identity and growth of CE area. As already underlined by the implementation of 2016 Cultural and Creative Sector Guarantee Facility EU initiative, the lack of financial resources and expertise of cultural operators and citizens to meet financial expectations and to develop and manage cultural projects, have often as consequence the lack of sustainability. ARTISTIC intends to contribute to change this conditions with the improvement of the relationship between cultural operators, citizens and financial operators. It aims at supporting all targets of reference (citizens, cultural  and local operators, financial operators) to improve the quality of their action in view to valorize ICHs and make the local projects sustainable. To reach this objective, ARTISTIC will develop a strategy with toolset and services. On-line panel will permit synergies at CE level both on the subjects and the financial aspects, particularly crowdfunding(cultural-social approach). Moreover, for the sustainability of the actions mediator will be trained in view to set-up ICH desks in all project areas to continue the assistance. The transnational value comes by the common strategy, the exchange of knowledge(with selection of success valorization cases), the link with financial community through the investment panel and the synergies with CE crowdfunding platforms, to allow increasing transnational investment strategies.
