Since 2008, the PATRIM network has been working to improve sustainable heritage management in small museums and interpretation centres. A training programme and the implementation of joint actions have strengthened networking. A marketing plan has been designed with a short, medium and long-term roadmap for a consolidated and extended partnership throughout the chain. Many of the priorities identified in this plan, which must be addressed in order to ensure the success of the network and associated centres, remain to be accomplished: - marketing plan: design of joint offers for professional products - communication plan - training on dissemination tools - network events, activities and exhibitions - exchanges between centre managers, who work above all for the women and men who live in the Pyrenees or come to discover them. PATRIM conceives these centres as real engines of culture in their territories.
