The inclusion of New Member States in the Cadses area requires the necessity to create and to share common guidelines and tools to face with prevention and management of Natural and man made disasters. Plans of actions to prevent and manage risks need to be commonly drawn up and applied on a transnational basis . Red Code aims to set up methodologies and transnational actions to achieve the basis for a transnational protocol of agreements in order to manage, monitor and prevent calamities and to create best practices and common procedures to be shared by all potential actors involved in the promotion of risks and management of disasters at european level. Through the transnational strategy and the common tools elaborated with the contributions of all the actors involved, the project improves the capacity of reaction in case of disasters and gives the possibility to cooperate also facing with events that require common interventions.
