RURuRBaL’s objectives are: - to establish a common charter of territorial governance for the sustainable development in periurban territories, centered on a process of promoting the commercialization and consumption of local products; - define the access conditions at the Charter; - create a European network; The common strategies in the field of territorial governance will be defined based on the diagnostic and on the experiences correlated with the pilot actions. There were defined the different stages divided in specific experiment activities in the national or transnational territories. The communication, dissemination and coordination actions altogether with the themes regarding the gender and the innovation, will be addressed along the project. 1st Phase: -Define a common methodology to lead to the appliance of a local government promoting the consume and the good use of local products; -Identify in the partner territories the actors that could be part of an local experiment in the future; 2nd Phase: -Develop the diagnostics and launch the innovative pilot actions that precede the debate and the collaboration; -Create the premises of an operational governance; 3rd Phase: -Enunciate a common charta with transnational character that gathers the values and principles required for a territorial governance based on the good use of the agricultural products; - Create a European network and define the conditions of membership by leaning on the spread of experience
