The aim of the project is to increase and/or strengthen the competitiveness of dairy sector MSME, focusing on those active in the mountain areas of Valle d'Aosta and Valais. The project will develop a sustainable and innovative cross-border model of communication, traceability and distribution, for the enhancement of mountain products and their by-products. The project also aims to safeguard the typicality of dairy products of the Alpine tradition and the biodiversity inherent in them.
