This project aims to understand the biomedical, functional and psychological aspects of aging in specific contexts, generate new models and care processes for elderly people and technological collusions that contribute to their health and quality of life, without forgetting the sustainability of services . These issues have been addressed in these regions in isolation and without depth. The similarities of context between the regions and the leveraging of the competences achieved through a coordinated transregional work will improve the impact and the potential of international dissemination of the results, for this great current social challenge.
