The project creates and tests a new international methodology for incubation of ideas, adapted to the micro-enterprises of the agri-food sector, which increases the technological and knowledge intensity to formulate products of excellence (totally new or adapting existing ones), adjusted to external market niches. Through an open innovation process, the entrepreneurial attitude, creativity and innovation in the various phases of the value chain from idea to market entry will be fostered. Cooperation is a decisive factor to promote disruptive innovation, share knowledge and markets and minimize cultural barriers, etc.
