Co.Sa.T's aim is to improve medical check-ups for people living in rural and near-borders areas and living with addition-related issues (alcohol, game and cannabinoids). People living in this conditions face several problems: difficulties in access health services due to the territorial morphology; lack of information about the patients between cross-border services; different monitoring and treatment protocols on both sides of the border. Co.Sa.T. addresses to addiction-suffering users (final beneficiaries) and to operators and administrators of healthcare services designated to their follow-up (intermediate beneficiaries).
