The project aims at setting up a number of archaeological trails to facilitate the connection and promote visits to the main sites of Roman Concordia. Recovery interventions have been planned on the historical-cultural he ritage of Roman settlements, by enhancing the points of contact with the wider context of the Augustan X Regio. In the territory of Concordia Sagittaria in particular two lines of intervention will be developed. The first concerns the recovery of river routes that connect the most significant places; a landing will be built on the Lemene river at Cavanella (in cooperation with the Ethnographic Museum) and mooring facilities will be set up for small watercraft to be used for tourist and recreational purposes. The second concerns the historical centre of Concordia, the heart of the historical-archaeological heritage, where infrastructures are present to access and interconnect fully equipped archaeological trails. In addition to said recovery interventions, promotional initiatives have been planned, such as the publication of thematic guides on paper and multimedia supports and the organisation of special events and presentations targeting scholars, experts in the field and, in general, the beneficiaries of the cultural heritage.
