Ուսանողն այն անձն է, ով ընդունվում է բարձրագույն կրթության ոլորտի հաստատություն և այնտեղ ակադեմիական վերապատրաստում է ստանում կամ լրացուցիչ կրթություն է անցնում համալսարանում։

Ձեռնարկատերն այն անհատն է, ով հայտնաբերում է շուկայում անհրաժեշտությունը և աշխատում է այն իրականացնելու համար: Տերմինը, պատմականորեն, կիրառվում է անհատի նկատմամբ, ով սկսում է բիզնես՝ տեսնելով այդ բացահայտված կարիքը կատարելու կարողությունը որպես տնտեսական հնարավորություն:

Վիճակագրական նպատակներով, Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպությունը, չհակասելով անդամ պետությունների կողմից արված որևէ այլ սահմանմանը, «երիտասարդություն» է սահմանում որպես 15-ից 24 տարեկան անձինք:

Անկախ գիտնականը (պատմականորեն հայտնի է նաև որպես ջենտլմեն գիտնական) ֆինանսապես անկախ գիտնական է, ով իրականացնում է գիտական ուսումնասիրություն՝ առանց որևէ պետական հաստատության անմիջական կապի, ինչպիսին է համալսարանը կամ կառավարության կողմից ղեկավարվող հետազոտական և զարգացման մարմինը:

Եվրոպայի քաղաքացի լինելը նշանակում է, որ քանի դեռ մնում ես Միության սահմաններում, դու երբեք «անօրինական» չես և կարող ես աշխատել և ապրել արտասահմանում և միշտ պաշտպանված ես այլ քսանյոթ երկրների դիվանագիտական և հյուպատոսական իշխանությունների կողմից, բացառելով ձեր հայրենիքը.

Հետազոտողն այն մարդն է, ով իրականացնում է հետազոտություն, այսինքն՝ կազմակերպված և համակարգված հետաքննություն ինչ-որ բանի վերաբերյալ: Գիտնականներին հաճախ նկարագրում են որպես հետազոտողներ:

Իրավագիտության մեջ ֆիզիկական անձը անհատ մարդ է, որը տարբերվում է իրավաբանական անձի ավելի լայն կատեգորիայից, որը կարող է լինել մասնավոր կամ հասարակական կազմակերպություն:

Կինոռեժիսորը այն մարդն է, ով ռեժիսոր կամ պրոդյուսեր է ֆիլմեր կինոյի կամ հեռուստատեսության համար:

Մարդիկ, ովքեր ունեն պաշտոնական հաղորդակցման ծրագրեր (օրինակ՝ լրագրություն, գովազդ, ռադիո և հեռուստատեսություն կամ հասարակայնության հետ կապեր) կամ աշխատում են տվյալ տարածքում:

<p>Creative Europe brings together actions supporting the European cultural and creative sectors. The general objectives of the Programme are: + to safeguard, develop and promote European cultural and linguistic diversity and heritage; + to increase the competitiveness and the economic potential of the cultural and creative sectors, in particular the audiovisual sector. </p><p>Creative Europe is the European Commission´s framework programm for support to the culture and audiovisual sectors. Following on from the prevoius Culture Programme and MEDIA programme, Creative Europe will support Europe´s cultural and creative sectors. Help the cultural and creative sectors seize the opportunities of the digital age and globalisation. Enabale the sectors to reach their potential, contributing to sustainable growth, jobs and social cohesion. </p><p>Give Europe´s culture and media sectors acess to new international opportunities, markets and audiences. Creative Europe responds to this need and will target investment where the impact will be greatest. The new programme takes account of the challenges created by globalisation and digital technologies, which are changing the ways cultural works are made, distributed and accessed, as well as transforming business models and revenue streams. These developments also create opportunities for the cultural and creative sectors. The programme seeks to help them seize these opportunities, so that they benefit from the digital shift and create more jobs and international careers. </p><p>The Creative europe programme is open to cultural and creative organisations from EU Member States, as well as non-EU countries. Subject to certain conditions EEA (European Economic AREA), Candiate/potential candiadte and ENP (European Neighbourhood Policy) countries can also participate in the programme on an equal footing with members.</p>

The programme facilitates collaboration and strengthens the impact of research and innovation in developing, supporting and implementing EU policies while tackling global challenges. It supports creating and better dispersing of excellent knowledge and technologies. It creates jobs, fully engages the EU’s talent pool, boosts economic growth, promotes industrial competitiveness and optimises investment impact within a strengthened European Research Area. Legal entities from the EU and associated countries can participate. New elements in Horizon Europe European Innovation Council: Support for innovations with potential breakthrough and disruptive nature with scale-up potential that may be too risky for private investors. This is 70% of the budget earmarked for SMEs. Missions: Sets of measures to achieve bold, inspirational and measurable goals within a set timeframe. There are 5 main mission areas as part of Horizon Europe. Open science policy: Mandatory open access to publications and open science principles are applied throughout the programme Factsheet: Open science in Horizon Europe New approach to partnerships: Objective-driven and more ambitious partnerships with industry in support of EU policy objectives.
