This project seeks business cooperation in rural cross-border environments between companies and entities of the agri-food (gourmet) and tourism sectors, through the improvement of the quality and design of their products and services, as well as the incorporation of ICTs in their business models, creating networks of cooperation between companies and offering a common and specific identification of these areas, which will value their endogenous resources. All this, in order to achieve the commercialization of theses products and services as well as their exit to foreign markets.
