Developing 100% organic canteens with no cost increase by reducing food waste by 80% and introducing plant proteins, Mouans-Sartoux's BioCanteens Good Practice has succeeded in relocating food supply, revitalizing local agriculture and educating children and families to sustainable food. 85% of them say they have changed their food habits.
