This project creates the LOW CARBON INNOVATION Transregional Network aimed at the development of a low carbon circular economy. Thus, it will develop the capabilities of the business sector, provide SMEs, microenterprises and entrepreneurs in the region with resources for their training and advice for the implementation of new services and green and sustainable business ideas.
