The purpose of the project is to promote olive industry activity in the border area of Gorica hills and Collio Vipavska Valley region of Gorizia, Provinces of Trieste, Gorizia, Pordenone, Treviso, Padua and Ravenna. Research and continuous study of olive oil in the preparation of studies, the conservation of indigenous varietal property, supplementing and disseminating science in respect of each phase of the production chain.
