The project establishes brand new cooperation among the major institutions on the Czech-Polish border. By creating new structures in EGTC NOVUM, a foundation stone was laid for broad based Czech-Polish cooperation in various fields. Improvement of communication skills in Czech and Polish languages in public institutions is the main idea connecting all project partners and project activities.
