The primary purpose of War-opera is to increase knowledge about the history that have impress and developed Torne Valley. Aim: 1. Create a network between institutions and companies on both side of the border. 2. Create a unique music-theatre show with high quality. 4. Act for at least 10 000 spectators. 5. At least one third of them should be tourist from outside the region. 6. Improve cooperation between culture and trade and industry. 7. Strengthen position of culture in municipalities’ strategy.
