The project creates web device and spots with medical files for the habitants of the area, where all of the data from the measurements will be uploaded and stored and made accessible at any time via the system by doctors volunteer,s etc., provides health and social care services to elderly inhabitants and disabled people, gives incentives to network participants, eliminates social discrimination and promotes equal treatment and social inclusion of people.
