RISC_ML designs joint measures for the prevention, preparation, prediction and better management of extreme phenomena, such as floods and droughts, in the international hydrographic demarcation of the Miño-Lima. A greater knowledge of its territory, the establishment of mechanisms for the joint management of droughts and the early alert to floods will allow a greater preparation and response capacity.
