The project aims to increase the efficiency of the management of emergency situations in Ibăneşti and Cărăhășani through commune actions of school population awareness and training of personnel of interest, as well as the purchase of first intervention equipment for endowment of the service responsible for reducing human and material damage caused by natural disasters or man-made; Organizing a joint meeting with the officials from the Mayoralties of the Ibăneşti and Cărăhășani communes to plan how to act effectively in emergency situations and to develop a plan for informing and raising the awareness of the population about the correct behavior in emergency situations, in order to increase the level of theoretical knowledge; Participation of persons in charge of managing emergency situations to a training course in the field of emergency situations and obtaining a diploma recognized by the state authorities in both countries in accordance with the legislation in force in order to improve the specialized personnel; Purchase of first intervention equipment for endowment of local authorities in Ibanesti commune and Cărăhășani commune in order to reduce the time of intervention in emergency situations and human and material damage caused by natural or man-made catastrophes.
