The project aims to strengthen the sustainable cooperation capabilities of the police units from Ialoveni County and Iasi County through organizing 6 sessions of trainings (modern methods of investigation and prosecution of workers involved in criminal investigation activity; the protection and promotion of human rights; communication with community members) for 120 policemen from the target group and 2 formative sessions which will include leisure/sports activities and two case study analyses for 60 policemen.
