Development purposes of the project are to promote educational conditions of vulnerable people (such as with special educational needs, immigrants, juvenile offenders, Roman population, other groups ‘at risk’), to improve their accessibility and participation in society and to promote their social contacts in joint activities. Overall objective of the project is to improve access to and participation in education for persons considered as vulnerable by lowering barriers and creating a multicultural learning environments to contribute into efficiency of cooperation between cultural and educational organizations of the North Calotte and North-West Russia, and to implement support mechanisms for joint research, education and development of Inclusive education (IE).
