APP VER wants to create the bases of a system of education and cross-border professional formation, to sustain the development of the Green Economy, to increase the mobility of young people and employment. The project affront the problematic of the inequation between formation offer and labour market in the Green Economy sector, but also relations between cities, rural areas and mountains from ALCOTRA’s territory.
