The project creates a cross-border space for stable cooperation between universities and businesses as a basis for creating quality jobs and promoting the sustainable growth of the two regions involved: Northern Portugal and Castile and León as part of the Regional Smart Specialization Strategies (RIS3). All of this promotes R & D excellence that is close to the market and to the sectors and sectors in which the participating regions are competitive. The main objective is to involve the university as a knowledge generator in the economic development of the area so that it acts as a dynamic lever for economic growth and promotes the transfer of knowledge from the university business.
