Brief description of the consultancy firmThe overall objective of SHARP is to share the experience and knowledge gained through the ongoing regeneration of the Royal Arsenal, Woolwich with partners in Estonia, Malta and Spain. The project aims to develop the blueprint emerging from the regeneration of the Royal Arsenal, Woolwich (called the ‘mutual benefit model’) to assist others involved in the regeneration of Brownfield industrial heritage sites. Each partner is facing specific issues related to components of the model and each will contribute to its development by examining these components in detail throughout the project i.e. masterplanning, public/private partnership working, archaeology, education, tourism and heritage conservation.
