The aim is to establish cooperation of the Czech and Polish supervisory authorities in the supervision of food safety and quality. A partial aim is to learn about the partner’s approaches to control activities and the manner of implementation of EC legislation. The partners in the project will seek to exchange know-how and information on approaches, methods, procedures and tools of inspection. Another partial aim is to establish contacts and linkages between the staff of the supervisory authorities and to establish a network of contacts to be used in the future.
