Brief description of the consultancy firmBetween 14 and 22nd of july 2006 the largest theatre festival for children in the world is taking place in Lingen (Ems). This project tries to build a network of cultural activities within the Ems Dollart Region round the festival. The emphasis lies on theatre for children and young persons. Cultural education will also be provided within the project.
