Brief description of the consultancy firm
CERV 代表“公民、平等、权利和价值观”，将成为有史以来最大的欧盟基金，用于促进和保护欧盟内部的基本权利。在谈判期间，该计划获得了重大补足并且增加了一倍多（从最初的 6.4 亿欧元增加到未来 7 年期间的 15.5 亿多欧元）。其主要目标是保护和促进条约、宪章和适用的国际人权公约所载的权利和价值观。这将通过支持活跃在地方、区域、国家和跨国层面的民间社会组织和其他利益相关者来实现。该计划将取代之前的权利、平等和公民计划以及欧洲公民计划。 CERV 计划将基于 4 个方面： + 平等、权利和性别平等——促进权利、非歧视、平等，包括性别平等，并推动性别和非歧视主流化； + 公民的参与和参与——促进公民参与和参与联盟的民主生活以及不同成员国公民之间的交流，并提高对欧洲共同历史的认识； + Daphne - 打击暴力，包括基于性别的暴力； + 联盟价值观 - 保护和促进联盟价值观。工会价值观链是该计划的重大创新之一。它的核心价值观是所有成员国共有的，也是欧洲联盟的基础：尊重人的尊严、自由、民主、平等、法治和尊重人权，包括属于少数民族。在欧洲社会面临极端主义、激进主义和分裂以及独立公民社会空间不断缩小的时代，这一分支将通过资助促进和提高对欧盟价值观的认识的项目，将公民社会组织置于其优先事项的核心……
