Uno studente è una persona iscritta a un istituto del settore dell'istruzione terziaria, che riceve una formazione accademica o che sta seguendo un corso di perfezionamento presso un'università.

Uno scienziato indipendente (storicamente noto anche come scienziato gentiluomo) è uno scienziato finanziariamente indipendente che persegue studi scientifici senza affiliazione diretta a un'istituzione pubblica come un'università o un ente di ricerca e sviluppo gestito dal governo.

Essere cittadini europei significa che, finché si rimane all'interno dei confini dell'Unione, non si è mai "clandestini" e si può lavorare e vivere all'estero, sempre protetti dalle autorità diplomatiche e consolari di altri ventisette Paesi, esclusa la propria patria.

Un ricercatore è colui che conduce una ricerca, cioè un'indagine organizzata e sistematica su qualcosa. Gli scienziati sono spesso descritti come ricercatori.

In giurisprudenza, una persona fisica è una persona che è un essere umano individuale, distinta dalla più ampia categoria di una persona giuridica, che può essere un'organizzazione privata o pubblica.

Un regista è una persona che dirige o produce film per il cinema o la televisione.

Persone laureate in programmi formali di comunicazione (giornalismo, pubblicità, radio e TV o relazioni pubbliche, per esempio) o che lavorano nel settore.

The general objectives of the Programme are: + to safeguard, develop and promote European cultural and linguistic diversity and heritage; + to increase the competitiveness and the economic potential of the cultural and creative sectors, in particular the audiovisual sector. </p><p>Creative Europe is the European Commission´s framework programm for support to the culture and audiovisual sectors. Following on from the prevoius Culture Programme and MEDIA programme, Creative Europe will support Europe´s cultural and creative sectors. Help the cultural and creative sectors seize the opportunities of the digital age and globalisation. Enabale the sectors to reach their potential, contributing to sustainable growth, jobs and social cohesion. </p><p>Give Europe´s culture and media sectors acess to new international opportunities, markets and audiences. Creative Europe responds to this need and will target investment where the impact will be greatest. The new programme takes account of the challenges created by globalisation and digital technologies, which are changing the ways cultural works are made, distributed and accessed, as well as transforming business models and revenue streams. These developments also create opportunities for the cultural and creative sectors. The programme seeks to help them seize these opportunities, so that they benefit from the digital shift and create more jobs and international careers. </p><p>The Creative europe programme is open to cultural and creative organisations from EU Member States, as well as non-EU countries. Subject to certain conditions EEA (European Economic AREA), Candiate/potential candiadte and ENP (European Neighbourhood Policy) countries can also participate in the programme on an equal footing with members.</p>

The programme facilitates collaboration and strengthens the impact of research and innovation in developing, supporting and implementing EU policies while tackling global challenges. It supports creating and better dispersing of excellent knowledge and technologies. It creates jobs, fully engages the EU’s talent pool, boosts economic growth, promotes industrial competitiveness and optimises investment impact within a strengthened European Research Area. Legal entities from the EU and associated countries can participate. New elements in Horizon Europe European Innovation Council: Support for innovations with potential breakthrough and disruptive nature with scale-up potential that may be too risky for private investors. This is 70% of the budget earmarked for SMEs. Missions: Sets of measures to achieve bold, inspirational and measurable goals within a set timeframe. There are 5 main mission areas as part of Horizon Europe.
