Persoon die in de landbouw werkt.

Een student is een persoon die is ingeschreven aan een instelling van het tertiair onderwijs en daar een academische opleiding volgt of een vervolgopleiding volgt aan een universiteit.

Een filmmaker is een persoon die films regisseert of produceert voor de bioscoop of televisie.

Mensen die een diploma hebben behaald in formele communicatieprogramma's (bijvoorbeeld journalistiek, reclame, radio en tv of public relations) of in het gebied werken.

Following on from the prevoius Culture Programme and MEDIA programme, Creative Europe will support Europe´s cultural and creative sectors. Help the cultural and creative sectors seize the opportunities of the digital age and globalisation. Enabale the sectors to reach their potential, contributing to sustainable growth, jobs and social cohesion. </p><p>Give Europe´s culture and media sectors acess to new international opportunities, markets and audiences. Creative Europe responds to this need and will target investment where the impact will be greatest. The new programme takes account of the challenges created by globalisation and digital technologies, which are changing the ways cultural works are made, distributed and accessed, as well as transforming business models and revenue streams. These developments also create opportunities for the cultural and creative sectors. The programme seeks to help them seize these opportunities, so that they benefit from the digital shift and create more jobs and international careers. </p><p>The Creative europe programme is open to cultural and creative organisations from EU Member States, as well as non-EU countries. Subject to certain conditions EEA (European Economic AREA), Candiate/potential candiadte and ENP (European Neighbourhood Policy) countries can also participate in the programme on an equal footing with members.</p>

The programme facilitates collaboration and strengthens the impact of research and innovation in developing, supporting and implementing EU policies while tackling global challenges. It supports creating and better dispersing of excellent knowledge and technologies. It creates jobs, fully engages the EU’s talent pool, boosts economic growth, promotes industrial competitiveness and optimises investment impact within a strengthened European Research Area. Legal entities from the EU and associated countries can participate. New elements in Horizon Europe European Innovation Council: Support for innovations with potential breakthrough and disruptive nature with scale-up potential that may be too risky for private investors. This is 70% of the budget earmarked for SMEs. Missions: Sets of measures to achieve bold, inspirational and measurable goals within a set timeframe. There are 5 main mission areas as part of Horizon Europe.
