The project aims to prevent marginalization of older people and change the stereotypical perception of older people as passive by creating a cross-border network of cooperating entities of Czech and Polish local government units, their subordinate institutions and non-governmental organizations responsible for local policy in the matters of seniors, by establishing cooperation of the senior citizens themselves through conferences, courses, counselling, integration meetings and by creating and administering an internet portal dedicated to older people.
