The purpose of the project was to create a working cooperation model between the non-governmental social and health organisations operating or potentially being established in Karelia and the equivalent organisations operating in North Karelia. Additionally, the purpose was to create a registry of the non-governmental social and health organisations operating in the implementation region of the project, their present activities and cooperation partners.
