The project is capitalizing the research on blue (green) technologies developed by the BlueTech project and aims at creating the opportunities for knowledge transfer among Enterprises and Universities for the formal establishment of the cross-border cluster. The project will foster the development of innovation solutions and cooperation among the innovation actors in the Area by the means of developing cross-border cluster in blue technologies in shipbuilding sector.
