The project aims to improve cross-border business cooperation and strengthen SMEs. The new knowledge helps them to preserve their competitiveness and development. It helps them generate new projects and new cooperations between the participants of the project. The programme is based on 5 special training course held for SMEs (4 in Hungary, 1 in Romania). The thematic trainings aims to introduce new methods, new techniques in the effective sales. The topics of the trainings were: trade, food processing, construction, tourism, human resource development. During the training period participants can gain new knowledge in the relevant field, and also learn about the experiences of others, while getting to know the best practices. Besides the trainings 3 conferences were organized and one joint database was elaborated.
