“Toursime du Goût” – TdG is a project of valorisation, innovation and preservation of territorial gastronomy. It’s been based on local agricultural products valorisation, and on the restaurateur’s knowledges on local products transformation. Promoting these short circuits, the project is inset within sustainable development principles. The main objective of the project is to consolidate these sectors by the increasing of practical and know-hows, consolidate knowledges and competences of professional from the sector, improving welcoming and restauration quality, create an actor network of cross-border touristic. The cross-border approach is fundamental because it’s a real shared culture shared between Savoy and Piedmont, from their common history, under Savoy’s State, and of the strong historical, geographical and sociological connotation of this Nord Alpine entity.
