The project is a response for the problems of the Wisznice municipality and the Brest district in terms of promotion based on cultural and historical heritage. Despite the rich history and interesting traditions, it is not used to build well-known tourist products. The barrier is the lack of funds for the professional experts and the creation of comprehensive programs. Crossborder cooperation is an opportunity to partially resolve these problems and exchange common experiences. An opportunity to increase the promotional potential of the Wisznice municiality and the Brest district will be the organization of two cultural events on both sides of the border. Young people who learn to organize cultural events will be included in their organizations. It is also the best opportunity for them to build a civil society. Exchange of experience will lead to substantive strengthening of people directly involved in the promotion of the area covered by the measures. This will incerase the number of tourists who visit both cities.
