The project aims at creating sustainable environment to attract the young people to stay and live in the cross border region. Old unused municipal buildings were reconstructed into Youth Training Centers and Labor Market Analysis (LMA). As a result of 40 youth from municipalities of Staro Nagorichane and Rila had passed Job Related Training and received retraining Certificate. Several companies from the municipalities singed Letter of Confirmation and accept retrained youth on practice with potential of permanent employment. Also, two Y4Y NGOs were established as future manager organizations of the Training centers.
