This project gives continuity to institutional cooperation that fights youth unemployment and depopulation on the border, promoting training and mobility of young people. It seeks to increase the employment opportunities, creating new companies in the territory, placing the use of new information technologies and communication within a creative, attractive and dynamic process. All this by exchanging good practices, and stimulating the creation of informal contact networks between young people from both regions.
